姚勇老師畢業於北京舞蹈學院 , 1984年 被該校聘為講師及舞蹈編導 , 他的作品曾多次得獎。1991年來到灣區即加入飛揚藝術團擔任藝術總監。他也曾在 DeAnza College 和 San Jose Dance Theatre 客座教授。1993年得到聖他克拉縣藝術理事會的編導獎勵。姚老師的作品《黃 河》在1994年被列為二十世紀中國經典作品 , 此獎乃是頒給中國當代藝術家的最高殊榮 。 他的近作《二泉映月》、《太平天鼓》、《神龍千禧》及《蝴蝶夢》在飛揚藝術節中首演 , 博得各界 的好評。姚老師與聖荷西芭蕾舞團的藝術總監 Dennis Nahat 共同編導了《神哉中華》舞劇 , 在2005年二月首映 , 由飛揚藝術團與聖荷西芭蕾舞 團聯合演出。又於2006年為聖荷西芭蕾舞團用西方芭蕾舞形式編導了全新的《二泉映月》。姚老師於2006年獲得聖他克拉縣亞洲英雄獎 , 2008年被選上美國 國家廣播電視公司 Profile of Excellence 的節目 , 現在並在 Ohlone College 與 Stanford Health Improvement Program 任教中國舞 。
Mr. Yao is an accomplished dancer, choreographer, and instructor from Beijing Dance Academy. His works includes modern, classical and regional folk styles, which garnered many awards in dance competitions. Mr. Yao joined Chinese Performing Artists of America as Artistic Director in 1991. The Arts Council of Santa Clara County awarded him a choreography fellowship in 1993. Mr. Yao has also taught several master classes of Chinese dance at De Anza College and San Jose Dance Theater. In 1994, Mr. Yao's Yellow River Suite was voted one of "20th Century Masterpieces by Chinese Dancers" in China. Mr. Yao is listed in Who's Who of Contemporary China. Mr. Yao and Dennis Nahat, Artistic Director of Ballet San Jose, jointly choreographed a full length dance drama "Middle Kingdom Ancient China", which premiered in February of 2005. Mr. Yao also choreographed "Moon Reflection on Crystal Spring" for Ballet San Jose in April of 2006. He received the Santa Clara County Asian Hero Award in 2006, which was featured on ABC's "Profile of Excellence" in 2008. He is currently teaching at Ohlone College and Stanford Health Improvement Program.
Chinese Folk Dance Master Teacher
王關姍老師1984年以優異成績畢業於北京舞蹈學院教育系 , 留校任民間舞講師 。同年代表中國赴香港參加國際藝術節 。之後又代表中國赴星加坡為參加亞洲舞蹈營
的中國學員講授中國舞 , 並被派往香港演藝學院講學一年。1991年代表香港演藝學院參加世界各國舞蹈學院在菲律賓舉行的藝術節
。王老師的藝術成就被收入哈爾濱出版社出版的《哈爾濱之最》一書。1992年來到美國至今一直從事舞蹈教育工作。1994年被列入北京大學中國名人叢書編委會編輯出版的《中國當代文藝名人

入北京大學中國名人叢書編委會編輯出版的“中國當代文藝名人辭典” 。As a lecturer of dance at the Beijing Dance Academy, where she graduated with honors, Ms. Wang trained many professional dancers and dance teachers. She went on to win the honor of Excellent Teacher. Ms. Wang was assigned to teach Chinese folk dance at the Performing Arts Academy of Hong Kong, she also represented China and the Academy attending Performing Festivals held in Singapore and Philippines. Her name was listed in the 1994 edition of Dictionary of Chinese Contemporary Hall of Fame for Literature and Arts published by the Beijing University.
Ballet Master Teacher
史芝萍老師以優異的成績畢業於北京舞蹈學院芭 蕾舞專業 , 曾是上海芭蕾舞團主要演員 , 中國舞蹈家協會會員 。史老師曾多次在國內舞蹈比賽中獲獎 , 並出訪加拿大、紐西蘭、新加坡、香港等地表演 , 受到高度贊譽 。後來美深造就讀於 Martha Graham 現代舞學校 , 因其成績優異而得到嘉獎 , 多次收到美國芭蕾舞團之邀與其合作演出 , 並在紐約舞蹈學校任教芭蕾 。1997年移居灣區 , 任教於姚勇舞蹈學院 , 並也曾在漢雲藝林教授芭蕾舞課程。
Graduated with honor from Beijing Dance Academy, Ms. Shi joined Shanghai Ballet as Principal Dancer. She received numerous dance competition awards in China and toured Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and HongKong. She also studied at Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance, and performed with various ballet companies in the states. She moved to the Bay Area in 1997, taught at YaoYong Dance, as well as Cirrus Dance and Arts.
Chinese Dance and Wugong Techniques Instructor
2003年畢業於瀋陽音樂學院舞蹈系中國古典舞專業 , 在校多次評為“專業標兵”。曾獲得中國青少年藝術新人選拔大賽遼寧區金獎與銀獎 , 同年獲桃李杯遼寧賽區撩一等獎。2004年 進入中國歌劇舞劇院舞劇團 , 多次參加大型舞劇演出 , 其中『籬笆牆的影子』獲得全國舞蹈比賽荷花獎銀獎。 2005年進入羅氏國際演藝公司擔任主要演員 , 多次隨團赴北美區表演。他現在是飛揚藝術團的獨舞演員及任教於飛揚藝術中心 。
Dragon graduated from ShenYang Music Academy with a dance major in 2003. He has received multiple prestigious awards while in school. He joined Dance Drama and Opera of China in 2004, performing award winning dance dramas. He has toured North America many times with Luo's Performance Company. He is currently a Solo Dancer for Chinese Performing Artists of America and a dance teacher at CPAA Arts Center.
Ballet and Chinese Dance Instructor
王真珍四歲開始學舞,十一歲從師姚勇。畢業於加州柏克萊大學舞蹈表演系。她曾是柏克萊大學舞蹈團的主要演員,2002年入選在甘迺迪中心的全國大學舞展中主演現代舞。 她現在是飛揚藝術團的主要演員,曾主演《黃河》與《梁山伯與祝英台》。
Pearl began her dance training in ballet at the age of four, attending Joffrey Ballet's intensive training at the age of ten. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in Dance and Performance Studies. She was a principal dancer for Bay Area Repertory Dance Company where she performed in works such as Paul Taylor's Esplanade, and Jose Limon's A Choreographic Offering. In May 2002, Pearl was selected to perform a leading role in Benjamin Levy's portal at the National College Dance Festival held at Kennedy Center. She is also a principal dancer for Chinese Performing Artists of America and has danced lead roles in dance dramas such as Yellow River and Butterfly Lovers. Pearl has been a ballet and Chinese dance instructor for over six years. Besides YaoYong Dance, she has taught at Acme Education Group, Academy of Chinese Performing Artists, China Dance, Friends of Children With Special Needs and International School of the Peninsula.

譚然畢業於天津音樂學院舞 蹈教育專業, 主修中國古典舞和中國民族民間舞. 她十二歲時以優異成績考入山東省濰坊藝術學院, 開始全方面的舞蹈專業訓練. 曾多次參加比賽獲獎, 並在山東 省濰坊藝術學院及青島東方麗人模特藝術學院教授舞蹈。
Ran Tan graduated from Tian-Jin Music Academy with Chinese dance major, specialized in dance education. She started her professional dance training at age of 12. She received numerous dance competition awards. Upon graduation, she taught dance in arts academies in Shan-Dong province.
Wugong Techniques Instructor
瀋陽京劇學校畢業 , 張 英超特長於花臉及武丑 。她是中國國家級演員 。他曾在無數比賽中得獎 , 他的舞功的技巧、速度、姿勢及翻滾 , 均得到好評 。他曾至各國演出 , 尤其在香 港最受歡迎 。
Graduated from Shenyang Peking Opera School, Mr. Zhang specializes in the Painted Face and Martial Clown roles. He is a certified national rank performer of China. He is repeatedly awarded for his breathtaking acrobatic skills in contests of all levels, characterized with agility, swiftness, excellent posturing, and tumbling feats. Mr. Zhang has toured the US, Canada, Europe, Japan, and is particularly popular in Hong Kong.
Ballet and Chinese Dance Instructor
楊敬婷四歲開始學舞 , 加州大學洛杉磯分校畢 業 。現在是幼稚園老師 , 並教芭蕾舞及中國舞 。
Katie first started dancing when she was four years old, she attended American Ballet Theatre intensive training program at seventeen. She has received extensive training in ballet and Chinese dance. Katie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UCLA, with a minor in Child Development. She is currently a preschool teacher as well as a ballet and Chinese dance teacher.
